Mike is a senior real estate specialist in commercial and residential properties with the Keller Williams firm. He is the father of three daughters, an avid surf caster, and an active member of the Richmond’s First Unitarian Universalist Church. Mike loves the Southampton neighborhood and is enthusiastic about working with the residents and the board to maintain the unique character of our community.

Peter’s parents were founding members of the Southampton Citizens Association & Peter has been a resident of the area since 1954. He has owned several restaurants in Richmond over the years. He has served on the board of the Woodland Heights board and is very interested in the issues facing Southampton, especially the Cherokee Road townhouse project which borders his family’s property.
Piney Branch Road
After an eight year break, Jeff Donahue, past president of SCA, is returning to the board. Jeff and Marianne have lived in the Stratford Hills neighborhood for 31 years. Jeff, Marianne, and their daughter Ellie, are realtors with the Long & Foster firm. Jeff is enjoys fishing and raising oyster at his home along the Rappahannock River. He is active in his church, Sacred Heart Cathedral, and is on the Board of Equalization for the City of Richmond.
Brooks and his wife, Barbara, have lived in the Stratford Hills/Bon Air area since 1979. Brooks brings his experience as an accountant with Ernst & Young and as Operations Manager of the New Community School to the SCA Board. He serves as a race official and judge with US Sailing and is treasurer of the Sons of the Revolution. Brooks previously served on the board of the Bon Air Community Association. He is currently active in his church, the Boy Scouts, and the Bon Air Rotary.
Harold is an army veteran, holds a BS degree in criminal justice from VCU, and has served Richmond’s Southside community as a police officer for the past 24 years. He has presented programs to numerous other area civic organizations and is familiar with the challenges facing our community. He has lived in the Richmond for the past 28 years. Harold enjoys running and skiing.
Kathi earned an MS degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and has worked as a mental health clinician for 15 years. She has developed & implemented vocational programs & provided crisis intervention training to area law enforcement. She is an organizing board member of the Virginia Assistive Technology Services & has served the Farmville area chamber of commerce board. Kathi enjoys gardening, travel, reading historical fiction, is a volunteer with the SPCA, and is currently taking bridge lessons.

Evelyn has had 25 years working as a fund raiser for Longwood University, Maymont, the Science Museum of Virginia, and the University of Richmond. She is currently working in that capacity for Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond. She is a volunteer at the Veterans Hospital as well as the Bon Air United Methodist church. Evelyn earned her BS and MS in mass communication and public administration, currently serves on the UMW Board at Bon Air Methodist Church & is a former board member for the Virginia Association of Fund Raising Executives. Evelyn loves to exercise and especially enjoys her yoga practice.
